Enhance your wellness experience. This workshop will help you discover your RPM. This interactive presentation will provide participants knowledge and skills development to set Realistic expectations, Prioritize, and to be Mindful in your every day life. Presentation topics will include exercise/physical activity, time management, and healthy eating. Participants will review the "Shape Up the Nation" program that will launch January 18, 2010.
