Outstanding Student Leadership Award

Nominees

These awards are given annually to one male and female student, who meet stated criteria and had made the most notable leadership contributions at UNL. The awards are intended to recognize outstanding leadership in academics, co-curricular and/or extra-curricular activities and involvements, and carry with them a scholarship with an approximate value of the cost of resident tuition during the student's senior year at University. In addition to the scholarship winners, all finalists and semifinalists were recognized at an awards banquet.

2007-2008 Winners

To be eligible for these awards, a student must have:

  1. completed no less than five and no more than six academic year semester (fall/spring) of full-time postsecondary enrollment, with the last three completed at UNL
  2. at least 67 credit hours completed by the end of the Fall Semester 2006 with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.500, and
  3. current full-time undergraduate enrollment status at UNL.
