University of Nebraska–Lincoln

Student Affairs

Developing Outstanding Students

Course Information

The Student Affairs specialization in Educational Administration is two years in length including the summer between the first and second year. Throughout the two-year experience at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, students are registered full-time taking 9-12 credit hours per semester. One of those hours is a Student Affairs seminar class, which students take with fellow classmates in the Student Affairs program and is taught by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and the Director of Student Judicial Affairs. This class is a wonderful way to learn about the Student Affairs field from experienced practitioners as well as build relationships with fellow classmates in the program.
